Step 1 – Pilot
£2,500 ex VAT
We design one of your fact sheets for FinKit and run it on one of your past editions. You get:
- a FinKit design based on your brand guidelines
- a fact sheet, Outlook email and social graphic
- a checks report showing everything FinKit flagged
Your pilot fee is credited against setup if you go ahead within 60 days.

We build v1.0 from the content you supply. Two rounds of amendments are included (v1.1 and v1.2), covering updated rates, figures, terms and copy – including changes after publication. Further rounds, and changes beyond the agreed template, are quoted and approved before work proceeds.
Why don’t you list full prices?
Every product range is different. We price on the number of templates and editions you need, and agree it with you after the pilot.
What happens in the pilot?
We design one of your products for FinKit, based on your brand guidelines, which you confirm before design starts. We then run it on a past published edition – real data, no live deadline – and you get one round of feedback. The pilot design is a starting direction. Full brand sign-off happens at setup. Extra concepts or rounds are quoted separately.
Who owns the designs?
You own your brand, your content and every published document. The FinKit templates and system stay with us.
Who approves our materials?
You do. Your sign-off is always the approval, and your compliance team keeps its own second review. FinKit supports both with a checks report and an audit record for every document.
How is our data handled and stored?
We apply core business-grade data privacy to everything you send us. Files are shared through Microsoft SharePoint, protected by Microsoft sign-in, so only the right people can access them. Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are available.
What do you need from us?
For onboarding and implementation, we need to review your full product range and brand guidelines. Once the template is designed and approved, it is custom-built into your own FinKit solution.
What is the turnaround time?
48 hours or less, depending on your retainer.
Can you work with our existing designs?
Yes. We can use your existing designs as a guide, but they need to be rebuilt in the FinKit template format. This may require minor layout adjustments.
What happens if figures change after a draft?
No problem – we update them. Figure changes count towards your two included rounds of amendments. If you need more rounds or faster turnaround, we can add them to your agreement.
